Canada Korea Qatar
It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything but these have been busy times. My time in Korea is coming to an end and a new adventure is around the corner. I don’t know exactly how to describe my feelings at this, best to just say I am happy, sad, excited, and scared. Yes, that should just about cover it. I have two working weeks left in Korea, then I’m off until the new job starts in late August. I would have liked to work the entire time right but I have 5 years worth of stuff to sell off and pack up before I go as well as loose ends like closing accounts, cancelling phones, and collecting my Korean pension money.
On a completely unrelated note, K comes back today! Her travels are up and she’s back to Korea for one last year. Next year she’s going back to school to pursue her passions. We’ll be apart for long stretches but we’ll make work as we always have. Absence makes the heart grow fonder, and Skype eases the pains of separation.
